The calculation for COEs to be released was changed to address this issue ...... Not a chance it will drop below 90k in 2015/6.

I wish that goverment will set negative growth for COE and POPULATION come 2014 onwards. Number of cars on the road is just too many. Number of people on the street is just crazy.

COE reduce to 35-40K... carbon tax for performance cars around 15-20K... total cost is still quite high and without the COE rebate. Only the Government wins.
