I was offered 5 Year 2 Month SGD Non-Principal Guaranteed Callable Credit Linked Note on CapitaLand Limited with interest rate of 3.5% to 4% per annum to be determined on Trade Date.
Is that a good return? Seems reasonably attractive except that the denomination is $200,000. My appetite for such products is only $100,000 since there are better returns from equities with a shorter investment horizon.
