Contemplating Z23i or Z35i. Diff in price almost 50k. Is it worth 50k from a Z23i to Z35i?
If you do not track, can you still get the most out of the Z35i?

Owned the TT 2.0FSI before and got lots of kick out of it esp in the low rev band. It gives you
the feeling that it is alot faster..probably because of the immediate response from the pedal.
Will the Z23i better that?

Also noted some folks swap their run-flat tires for normal tires..advisable? More grip?

having driven the TT b4 i doubt u will get the same kick with the sDrive23i, given that the TT is forced fed and the power comes in at the low rev range. though on paper the sDrive23i is no slouch and the numbrs r similiar to that of the TT. the sDrive35i kicks in at 1400rpm! 50k more.....worth every dollor of it.

RFT is generally hard and harsh, hence ppl change out of it. quite a few non RFT tyres in the market that r better then the bridgestone RE050 RFT tyres.

Drove a friends TT. Didn't like the turbo lag. Also the car felt "rough" compared to the new Z4. In a way, it seemed more roadster compared to the new Z4 even with 4 seats. Good or bad depending on your preference. I preferred the new Z4's ability to cruise in Normal mode or have some fun in Sports or Sports+ mode. Sometimes, after a hard day at work, I don't feel like having to "work" to drive home , if you know what I
mean

bro, just so u know wind deflector is not just a matter of buying the deflactor and installing. the 2 head rest pieces have to be changed as well as the contain the grooves so that the win deflector can clip on. u have to change the head rest in this case. most of our reccommended worksops or PML will be able to do it. but it aint cheap. the option for this is $1000 if u bought the car

Bro, thks for the quick response. Yep, it is 5 pieces altogether. 4 pieces for headrest covers and 1 piece of mesh wind deflector. So 1k is total option + installation? U mentioned if you bought the car..meaning if you buy from PML and want them to fix it for u rt?

i meant if u bought the car from PI (coz PM has this as standard for Z4) the option to include this wind deflector is SGD1000. if u want to include it now, it might cost u more due to labour and stuff. factory fiitted is definitely priced cheaper.
