Sorry - couldn't resist. Visibility is poor, cars have their headlights on but road surface looks dry. I lived in Dubai for 9 years and some of the drivers there have absolutely no fear of driving insanely fast. One of the people I transacted with at a bank, was decapitated when the car he was in rolled, similar to how limbs in this video were ripped from bodies.

I have seen quite a few of such videos in that region. I guess ppl there do not really treasure their lives.
