My garage could not solve the problem after 3 months of troubleshooting and stripping down the car to the bare minimum required to start the car. Final suspect was the gearbox electronics but it would have been too costly to fix.
So he did a simple switch which is almost like an ecu reset which I would activate after I switch off the ignition and turn on again when the car has warmed up after I start the ignition. It's a workaround but at least I can start the car every morning now.
