Anyone knows where I can purchase a good car cover for my bimmer? Have been trying to find out but it seems you have to get it from overseas. My car is parked in the open everyday and I thought I should get it a cover to protect it against the elements. Any suggestions? Thanks

Re: Car Covers

Hey pal , dont know what model you driving but i got mine from PML last year(E46).

Re: Car Covers

Hock Hin at Bukit Merah sells made in japan covers.... don't know the price tho......

Re: Car Covers

Question - are they fire proof? Means if someone flick a cigarette butt on it, will it burn?

Not mongering fear here, but seen one case before in Toronto.

Re: Car Covers

Thanks for the suggestions folks! Called PML and they quoted $360 and its by special indent. Not fire-proof though.

if you really must and want to... then maybe you might want to wait for their promotion times where there are discounts... big ones like 20-25% off or something...

i nearly bought it until my trusted car groomer said it is only a cover... so the Jap ones that retail for about S$60+ should do just fine. but it doesnt fit perfectly though. so it might come off with strong winds. or you could just use some clothes pegs to peg it down... however, trouble with car covers is after it rains, you might need a pail to contain it as it is still wet... after that, you need to dry it before keeping it in the car.

i still dont have a car cover to date. :)
