When the dealer tell you it's 6 pot Brembo brakes then 2 days after you collect the car it turn out to be plastic brake cover can claim ?

putting ourselves in the shoes of the car dealers, if selling cars nowadays is so risky, wouldn't all the dealers give lower makan-in prices in order to cover themselves further?

I wonder will the car dealer make u sign a anti lemon law for while purchasing the car? Meaning that u buy the car as it is, cannot come back claim lemon...

Our lemon law is very complicated and may in itself be a lemon

think some folks at raj n tan feel the same too

Cos many kiam kanas, like some here who drive BRAND NEW BMWs will kpkb on every thing such as wiper water not powerful and want a brand new car

Wiper equipment is a fundamental safety feature. A breach of this safety aspect is life treatening. No?

Lemon law now doesn't acknowledge ''as it is condition''. unless its from a "consumer to a consumer". It doesn't apply to "comsumers to dealers".
