Saved $100 by asking ChinaTaiping to match TokioM premium. Surprise they are willing to lower premium to retain customer. Now $914 for 1 yr old 316 on 50% NCD, $500excess first claim waive, NCD protect but Authorised workshop

You can further reduce your premium if you are an experienced driver with a good track record by specifying that only yourself and no one else can drive the car. Other than lower premiums, you can honestly tell those family, friends and colleagues that they cannot borrow or drive your car as they are not covered by the insurance :chinese:
