how much effort and pestering did it take u?

Took me about 2-3 times of bugging. I managed to collect the car the same day but it was at 8pm.

Yes, i did the reprogramming last week, the transmission was smooth so far.

clearly there is something wrong with the transmission. with prolong jerking like that, transmission bound to suffer damage.

no harm bringing down to PML for a quote and decide after. how old is ur ride?

just tell them car was from them. easier to get better pricing. they have some new rulling in place where PI cars sent in to them for repairs or servicing is 10k upfront for registration! existing PI cars serviced by them will be exempted from this

sent my e60 to Technic Automotive or is it Vera or Wera.. cannot remember cleary, at Sin Ming Autocare, #04-13.
Look for the boss there, Beng Hwa....... Nice chap.
He said he upgrade the transmission software and jerk at stopping is gone.
He also reset ECU and now even my throttle response is much better.

by the way, everytime when my e90 up shifts to the 2nd gear theres this sudden JERK .

could this be the same symtom as yours?

Upshift jerk i think is different problem.. You can try the reset.
Wat is your mileage? Change transmissio oil and filter pan?
