think maybe got chance to see 100k COE when the nxt quota announcement is due in August....that will be the time LTA will revert to the new formula of 0.5% vehicle growth.. and also Cars due for scrap this yr is about 40% less what it was last yr.... previously the quota of 1.5% growth rate contributes to about 30~40% of the COE supply...now its cut my 66% liao loh to 0.5%

called my SE just now and ask if this is gonna affect anything ,

don't really get it when he say that discount for car can't say now cos car haven't come yet .
