Changing to after market rims for 7 series causes squeaks?

Hi,

was advised by a PML fellow that if I change my 7 series (yr 2010) rims to after-market, it may potentially cause squeak and such?
Anyone encounter or have any advice?

Whoa, lots of rims these days are replica or Taiwanese. So what's good beside the originals from BMW which cost a bomb.

+1 for BBS. HRE, Vorsteiner, Rays, etc. So many good brands out there. Don't go for replica - pay so much for a car and want to be cheap on a critical component of a car :whatthe: Don't be cheap!

Those brands that the bros mentioned better .... And if you don't want squeaks then just get it torqued evenly. And make sure the center bore fits.

What about OZ rims?
