It is very unfortunate that the event failed to meet your expectations, for that alone please accept our most profound apologies for wasting your time as well as your friends. But please allow us to clarify the following:
1) There is a price list, provided directly from the BMW AG database of parts already released and available. Unfortunately, for those interested in F10 & F30 parts, these are currently limited to only 11 part choices. We do know the price but only what BMW has available to sell, prices for September releases are unfortunately, unavailable.
2) The purpose of the event was to offer our esteemed clients an exclusive offer of 12% off on M Performance Parts prices and 10% off labour charges just for that day only, for parts that are available. Mostly for the F20 range, as mentioned above, the 11 part choices for F10 and F30.
We have noted your kind feedback and will diseeminate it to the highest levels of management in both Munich Automobiles and BMW. Thank you for your kind support and understanding.

My other 3 frens were there when I was talking to you on the F30 parts, no price list was given??? No parts were avail for the F30 at all for purchase anyway???
So its silly for me to leave my contacts since the exclusive offer has ended tho you said it would be extended to me due to non availability of info?

Hi Hendra,
Unfortunately, whoever that attended to tortoise was relatively inexperienced I guess. I was there with him as well. He wasn't even given the price list for the 11 parts. What he meant was Munich could have prepared the pricelist to be shown rather than for the client to ask the SA and with so much deliberation, not a single price of any item was given in the end.
You may wish to refer to The other thread on the highlights of the event, which mislead us to believe that we could place deposit for any parts.
I hope you do feedback cos I Could always drop an email to them since I have direct access to the contacts of the highest management in MA and BMW AG.
