Rumor has it.
That a drug addict caught red handed's fellow local model Celestina Tiew.
(Resources have made referral from her recent modelling shot and now spreading like wildfire on facebook)

Here's a translation of the article from my understanding:
"A car driving the opposite lane alerted local police's attention and resulted in a car search.
Drugs; Meth & Ecstasy was found in the car. Suspects- local model and her partner has been arrested."
The incident happened on 24th July at about 1am.
Venue: Old Changi Airport, Dakota Crescent, Block 4's Carpark.
Arrested model's 22 years old, fairly recognized in the local modelling industry.
Wan bao's reader, Mr Ng happened to pass-by the scene at about 3am and informed the papers thereafter.
He mentioned that a rather plump man was lying on the ground and a petite lady
which he could immediately recognize as local model, was sitting beside him.
At the scene, yet another witness has told the reporter that it all began with the black BMW driving against the traffic and only put to a stop by the police. There were 2 men and a lady in the car, the driver was about 40 years old and half naked. He believes that both men got into a fight right in front of the police men because the passenger was dissatisfied with the driver for stirring trouble and alerting the police. The passenger then went on to tear the driver's shirt off. Raged, the driver pushes the male passenger to the ground and the fight continued. They were only suppressed when more police arrives.
Finding them highly suspicious, upon questioning,
the police went through a thorough search of the BMW and found a total cash of $7000SGD and 3 packets of drugs.
The suspects were immediately arrested for infringing the law with drug possession/abuse.
Local model's urine test was later confirmed positive for drugs.

According to online resources, she was the previous winner of FHM 'Girl Next Door',
appeared frequently in several car shows and advertisements.
I wouldn't conclude because there weren't concrete evidence that it's certainly her.
Hopefully she would pull through this saga- rumor or not, it's gonna be a tough time.
