Are you asking based on:

1) The number of COE's released will be decreasing
OR
2) The prices of COE will be decreasing (which I do not foresee happening in a big way even if it does happen....)

i forsee COE goes up because quota is reduced and market sentiment is good.
sg gdp growth is going strong !
