hi bro, as mentioned , you can disable from the computer setting. you can ask your se to put up a request to remove the auto start aircon. I find this auto start thingy decrease the lifespan of the compressor and maybe hazard to health.. As google:

Please do NOT turn on A/C as soon as you enter the car.
Open the windows after you enter your car and turn ON the air-conditioning after a couple of minutes.
