Covertible roof Knocking sound

Hi.

Anyone experiencing a knocking sound on the roof driver side.

Sometimes its there sometime no sound.. seems like a latching problem..

Any other owners with similar issues before?

Anyone know of any fix?

I drive an E93, and I experienced this considerably loud constant knocking sound on the roof once last week.

Surprisingly, no problem with it anymore with subsequent drives.

hi,

try to pinpoint the area, an apply some Krytox, alternatively OWS Body Flex Gel. My convertible drivers use Krytox to lubricate. see link below

sometimes our rubber seal too dry.
