DAB for BMW

Just saw it, and I am impressed. Very cool! The sound quality is great, much better than FM quality although it was piped into the headunit using an FM modulator. Like littleblackalfa said, it's not 100% but it is still better than having the regular analog FM. I am sold. I want one! Can't wait can't wait. :inlove:

It will fit my system well because I already have aux-in. For those of you without aux-in capability on your headunit, you will have to use the FM modulator option. Another way will be cassette adapter but that will be worse.

Can I be the first to have it? :inlove: :) ;)

Is this the usual FM Transmitter, or the device where the antenna cable is routed thru it?

This isn't an FM transmitter. It simply uses your FM Antenna input as a hard-wire solution for those without Aux Ins. The modulator is supplied with the REVO.

This is NOT the Belkin method.

Hahaha... I'll let you know the launch details once I finalise them. Just make sure you guys come! Just sorry that I had to rush off and couldn't give you a full in depth demo...

Anyways, we do not and will not endorse the cassette deck method, because that will give you WORSE quality than your current FM radio. :naughty:

Either use the Aux in, or RF connection. Otherwise, there's NO POINT in using DAB in the first place...

Hehehe.... do let me know. Thanks!

Yes, it's really neat that they have the FM modulator built-in. A very well thought out design for in-car or portable use. ;)
