Up to 10yrs. No additional penalty for early redemption.

the 520i was $247k after discount so i guess its dropped by almost $30k - PML

I believe it's 2.0 twin turbo

no more 2.5l, that was the inline 6 for the 523i. now mostly turbo 2.0, 4 cylinder unless u go for the 535 which is a 3.0.

yes, before N20 turbo engine, the N52 NA are 2.5L and 3.0L

2010/2011 F10 523i N52 NA is 2.5L
2010/2011 F10 528i N52 NA is 3.0L

then comes N20 2L turbo engine and discontinue of N52 NA engine

Can loan up to 100%. So i guess can be zero down.

Also got an SMS that a bill has been passed on Friday that finance institutions to be cover under MAS ruling. So the hole will be plug beri soon!

nett means after all the financial rebate, overtrade etc, plus take in your car at market rate? Or still can ask for more overtrade?

Actually not very cheap, apr-may last year 520i was only 226k nett after all the rebate+overtrade+take in car at market rate. COE given was 84-93k then.

so don't think PML is "selling cheap"... if they cut their own margins darsticly to move cars.. then i will say that they are selling cheap

exactly, pml profit margin is as thick as my lunch tong po lou ... 3-4 layers thick

anyway, don't think pml feel anything yet ... the price down is merely coe portion nia

I think the price will only fall when the loopholes are fix and buyers truly need to fork out 50% cash as down payment. But how much is the big question. 30% will be damn tempting. 50% I immediately book! Dream on....
