Hi,

There is a current offer for customers who purchase a 730iL series now. If the customer wishes to participate in the IMF deal (loan yr ride out for 3wks in Sep), then PML will give the customer a cheque of $20k after that. Car price is quoted at $258k, so after that it'll cost $238k. No mods or special indent allowed for these vehicles, all must be standard, not even the rims.

Juz want to confirm that the $248k is for 730i, right? The $258k (before the $20k disc) is for 730iL.

this is how the price come about:

from alexandra showroom, after several desparate attempt to make eye contact with the 'BUSY' sales people, i manage to catch hold of a young salesman. after talking on the standard option, i ON that salesman on 50% cash to ASAP get car, he quote me for standard model 730i=238k, 730iL=248k minimum but disallow me to bargain price anymore. I very tempting, but after sitting down, another proud joker (his inhouse old-car dealer) come by and want to eat my old car for a 60% of what the market offer. i got pissed by that joker action and talking and walk off. the same day, i also check out sim darby showroom. there i got a quote for a pre-own 730iL at 226K.

in open market, u likely can get 730i at 200-210K for a 2005 model. and plus 12K for a LWB.
i tell u, the 258k is definitely a bloated price. somemore u dont know what options are missing, in my opinion, it is not a price.

They always use such dirty tactics, so buyers pls note. Just to share my side of a diferent story. I originally wanted to buy the e90 320i aerospace car. The inhouse car dealer is an axxxole. When I ask for the trade-in price of my previous car, he initially quoted marginally above scrap value. He thot I was very kancheong to buy a new car so tried to anyhow fly me a price. KxxCxxxBxx....he say what nowadays used car has no value and all that crap. So I said fine, I will go check out volvo and audi. I showed the price Audi n volvo quoted me, which was 2k higher than PML used car dealer. On same day, they replied, yes we can do the same.

I mean come on, what they trying to do? I then changed the order from aerospace car to the standard 320i, and got an even better price out of it. All I can say is, and I dont want to even know the amount, these jokers at PML makes very good n thick margins out of us, the SEs and the inhouse dealer. So new potential buyers bargain bargain bargain....

What do you mean by fly a price? They quoted you a price via air-mail izzit?
