Hmmm, so will a case possibly happen like a poor man in UK who intentionally stole to get arrest and place in jail for a place to sleep and meals provided... am implying that anyone who is unemployed and hungry, can post all he/she wants. No money to pay 5k so can compound into jail term... in total 12 months free accommodation and food.

Correct. Gag orders are effective only if there is no such thing as internet. With internet and the power of social media, identities will almost always be exposed.
