4k should be maximum. If you can do it within 2K, better. 1k km is fine.

my usual habit - off radio, aircon when i park
next start, start with radio/aircon all off
current car has a cold blue icon, wait for that to go off then move and on aircon/radio - if cannot wait i will drive w/o aircon until the light goes off then on aircon......but in our weather, extreme cases i also bochap just wack everything on together

I was told by a sales person once that modern cars don't need a warm up before being driven. Just go gentle till the engine warms up. I haven't warmed up a car engine for 3 cars now and so far (touch wood) so good.

The car should reach operating temp around 97 degrees C.

I tested today after overnight parking and it took me around 4-5 mins after light acceleration to reach 97 degrees C for Singapore temperature.
