Yup, most of the time, the most hot headed one which in this case, the uncle driving the jaguar maybe the one in the right, but his behavior may make him seem the one at fault.
A fren of mine who knows him, was told that while he was waiting, the other car came from behind & reverse into the lot. That's why his Jaguar's fren was damn hot headed (but actual he's a nice guy)
