E34 1990 520i - guide price?

I am selling my 1990 520i shortly: COE until Dec 2008. Ive had it for nearly two years but having recently bought a motorbike I dont need it anymore. It is white, good overall condition (for its age) with new tyres, new aircon and nice black leather upholstry (it was changed a few years ago).
Im taking it in for a final service and and detailing this week. The car has no significant problems.
This is a good, reliable and cheap second car to have and I am reluctant to let it go but I really dont use it anymore. Asking around $10k. It will be available for viewing at the end of the week.

The car is now ready for sale - Its just been in for a service and its annual inspection. The Tax needs to be renewed next week. This 520 will be a good candidate for COE renewal, as it has been well maintained.

It can be viewed on the east coast (lust off the ECP). Sunday or late evenings next week. The price is $10k not negotiable: with new aircon, tyres and upholstry this car is better then average,

Accidents: None under present owner, unaware of any under previous ownership.

Condition:
Carpark dent and scratch on rear passenger door.
Some flaky paint on fairing under front bumper.
Crack on front bumper (plastic).


The uphosltry was replaced around 2002 or so with black leather.; it is in very good condition with no tears or holes.
New aircon compressor fitted in 2006. Four new tyres fitted in 2005.
It has been used to commute daily between east coast and the CBD.
It has never failed to start in the last two years of ownership.

I have serviced the car with a BMW specialist every six months. No significant work has been done on the engine, gearbox or brakes as they have not given any trouble.

erh...new tyres? fitted in 2005 or end 2006 or 2007? new?

fair point. They were new in 2005!
Not knowing crappy tyres from good ones I assumed they were fine when I bought it. Turns out they were dangerously worn; after a few unexpected wobbles I got them checked and had all four replaced . They will not need to be replaced again before the end of the car's COE.

Upzz... I have renewed the tax on the car - absorbing the cost and no change in the asking price.
