Bro,
I am driving a E46 3.18 series and the car is pretty slow and clumsy esp during high end.
Pardon my ignorance, but how much additional horsepower does this give and is it LTA approved? How much does it cost plus installation.

Dude, the differential does not need LTA approval. But I think the casing for a 318 may be smaller than this differential's being its 4 cylinders versus 6 cylinders but I could be wrong. If your current differential is about 3.38 for example, it should yield about 7% of torque.
