The history for this car was that when it was brand new from TTS and was grey colour. 1st owner took to PML for a complete change to Pheonix Yellow color as well as all the M3 Kit.. And 1st owner still does alot to this Cabrio.............:nehnehhh:

Friend once told me the garage he used.
Offered to do a full e46 m3 makeover interior/exterior + engine for $20k
Not sure if it included strengthening of drivetrain/chassis etc.
(which I think is pretty essential)
Then again the garage's quoted vs. actual prices sometimes differ quite a bit.
