Hi duh!
Looks like OEM parts to me.
Click on the 2nd diagram, or the 2nd last one, which shows the cupholders:
RealOEM.com Diagram Selection
Then give Eng Soon a call to see if they have the part (Eng Soon's number is in the Resource page).

BTW duh,
You will need to buy BOTH the cupholder part and the coin holder part (that's the smaller plastic piece with a square recess and a rectangular outline {this is the flip-out coin holder}) in order to replace your stock part (should be a 1 piece sliding door storage).
You can get both from Eng Soon as I have already done it. no regrets if you want to hold a bottle or cup more than keep stuffs. I think the coin changer part is $50, the cup holder could be around the same price. Not exactly cheap. Assembly is quite straight forward but go check out the DIY forums for e46 to avoid breaking the catches esp during removal of the stock part. I broke mine:verysad:
