E60 525i XL to F10 520i?

Hi all,

Need some advices here.

I am currently driving E60 525iXL, very happy with the 6 Cylinder In-Line Engine except for the Fuel Thirsty Consumption and expensive road taxes.

Recently am considering to looking to change to 2012 F10 520i - 4 Cylinder In-line TwinPower Turbocharged Engine.

Is this worth a move? How about the comfort wise? Any problem on the F10 Series?

Any other useful information will be appreciated.

I changed from F10 523 to 520. 520 is good enough for our tight traffic. But if you r often on NS, 523 is a better option.

I had a difference of more than 1 km per litre same pattern. Tax is also saved!

Don't mind i ask what's your FC for F10 523i? I'm driving E60 525i with a FC of 7km/liter.

70% in city and 30% on highway. Heavy right foot too...
