Steering wheel Jerk and vibration felt when turn right

Hi all, I am driving a 2017 G30 and have 2 issues. Anyone can enlighten me what's wrong.

1) I start to experience a slight jerk on my steering once everytime shortly after vehicle move off over a hump. No more jerk after that till the next engine start.

2) I experience vibration coming from my left rear wheel area whenever I turn right at a speed more than 40km/h. It produces a rough noise also. It gets worse when I make a U turn and accelerate. No issue when I do a left turn. I did a wheel alignment still the same and the when I check the undercarriage, the lower arms, ball joints and bushings all still good.

For the steering jerk, I’d check the electric power steering system, steering rack, and front suspension components. Since it happens once after driving over a hump, there may be an issue with the steering system or suspension. For the left rear vibration and rough noise when turning right, I’d suspect a wheel bearing, driveshaft/CV joint if equipped, or rear differential issue. The fact that it worsens during U-turns and acceleration suggests a component reacting to load. Have the left rear wheel bearing and drivetrain inspected first, and avoid driving at high speeds until the cause is identified.
