E60 bumpy after rear absorber and lower arm change

Want to consult Bros here. I am experiencing a very bumpy and unstable ride after changing my rear absorber and lower arm. Using the basic stuff B4 blisten only.

Went to 2 workshops so far and they couldn't identify any problem. Any ideas or workshop to recommend that I can go have a look at my car?

Did you alignment? front and rear absorber same brand and model?
