e92 seat belt extender arm

Hi any bros here have issues with their seat belt extender arms not working properly? The second portion of the clip does not spring up after the initial extension. Has anyone got this issue and fixed previously? Would be good to know the cost too

Quite prevalent to my knowledge.

Novelty wore off after it stopped working and every time I had to almost dislocate my shoulders to put on my seatbelt.
