E93 comfort access ? Keyless

Hi guys,
Just bought a 07 oct e93 with Idrive .
I can open & close my roof with my remote is this call comfort access??
But no keyless feature my friend told me should have as it is a highline version
It is faulty I have to slot in key to start my car or there is no keyless feature at all ?
Pls help thanks

If u can unlock/lock the door and start the engine wif the key in ur pocket. Tats comfort access..

So comfort access means keyless entry and keyless engine start ?
Does all highline version suppose to come with comfort access or it is a option ?
