1) Nology Spark Plugs
2) K&N Air-Filter
3) Performance Exhaust
4) ST v1 or KW v2 or v3 coilover
5) H&R sway-bar
6) Brembo or Stoptech BBK or 335i Brakes
7) Goodrich Brake Lines
8) ECU re-flash
9) Liqui Moli Engine Oil

wow thats a long list, when do i need to change my engine oil? PML told me next year Feb, which i think it is too long. Thanks

just do at 5000km.....till you hit 12000km then PML will do the next oil change...

then every 5000km or 6000km is fine
