Eibach Springs

Hi people,

Anyone had any experience with Eibach Springs? According to the guys at J4C, they say I do not need to change my shocks, personally, I think that the shocks should be changed due to the difference in ride height.

For the guys with Eibach, how is the ride comfort? I am only considered with looks, not so much performance since I drive and live near town.

Cheers

Re: Eibach Springs

i got Eibach Prokits but not yet installed... they are lying around at home... suppsoedly they will drop the ride height approx 40mm and according to Eibach, they were made to go with normal stock shock absorbers. So i guess it should be ok?

Re: Eibach Springs

Hi tubbee,

I'm currently on Eibach Prokits with stock shock absorbers. Had them on for about 8 mths already. So far so good.

Good investment if you just wanna improve the looks of your ride. Go ahead and do it!

Cheers and Happy New Year!!!

Re: Eibach Springs

Any idea how much the eibach prokit cost?
My E46 is 3.5yr old. Is it advisable to change the shocks as well?
Can the standard shocks last 5yrs? Coz most likely i would scrap the car by then.
A lowered BMW certainly looks much better! :yummie:
