60 quid is very cheap, but a 10 bhp gain isn't much and also not verified. Bigger issue is whether it cocks up anything when you plug it in.
If you can spring for it, go for a custom dyno tuning instead. Costs about 6-8 times more but you should get somewhat better results at less risk.
