Engine oil LL-01 vs LL-04

I am not sure if this has been discussed.

But which engine oil is more suitable for a Non- diesel particulate engine?
I have read some mentioning regarding the the sulphur content which makes LL-04 not suitable for petrol engines out of Europe?

Is sticking to LL-01 more suitable for a N46 engine or is the LL-04 a better choice?
