Engine oil top up

Anyone encounter this problem as I've Just done servicing for less than a week on my F30 and message prompt to top up 1 litres of oil.
Any help??

You prolly have an oil leak somewhere or the workshop underfilled engine oil.

Oh, mechanic was here at my place and told me he had filled up full..

Monitor a bit more the next few weeks and look out at the engine bay.

If oil leaks on engine block or on floor, then its gasket, pipes etc. If no trace, then its valve seals. Read up the topics in forum, very common for beemers
