Shit that is alot of money. LTA should return some of it to the motorist. Maybe organize a lucky draw just like TOTO. The more you drive pass the ERP gantry, the higher the chance to win the top prize.

Its a measly 1.2% of GDP.

So if the scholars are now working on how to make it 3% in 5 years then COE should be 240k a pop and ERP gantries should be charging $18 in 2019.
