Error shown for 316

Hi All,

I’m Place a deposit for 316i.
Sent the car to workshop and got the error as follows.

CAN/FlexRay bus system analysis: interface fault information “Signal invalid”

ZGM: Synchronisation process for FlexRay failed
Signal(wheel torque powertrain 4,40.3.4) invalid, transmitter DME / DDE

Can anyone share with me is there any big concern here?

Is it true that I need to update the system for $3k+?

Looks like a spurious error.

What is being updated for $3k+ ?
