Hi Bro,

I am suing them for damages.I intended to purchase an Audi A5 and paid a deposit of SGD5K.

Unfortunately, the loan was not approved to the amount I needed.There were no terms on the sales agreement which states deposit will be forfeited.

Now the Director is hiding from us for a clear explanation. We decided to pursue the case through small claims tribunals.

You have to be very careful with them.

what a coincidence, im looking at one of their used cars as well.... The comments given by the members in this thread were largely by very new members... which may not reflect the true story... we should hear more from people who have true experiences with them...

i was scrolling their rides, the A5 was indeed quite nice haha

Your 1st post here & you're complaining about this company.....

Why not intro yourself to the rest of the BMW.SG family?

When you put your $5k deposit, why didn't you ask if it's refundable if loan dun go thru or if you decided not to buy?

Loan not approved to the amount you wanted means how much?? $250K??

There is always a reason why the banks don't approve to the amount you wanted....care to share??

I purchased my 135i from them as recent as 2 months ago.

1st visit to view the car:
Didn't really get a very good feel with the 1st salesman that served me.
He seemed reluctant to let me test drive the car, and was a little "arrogant" with regards to his pricing and the way he conducted the business.

2nd vist to view the car:
For some reason, the salesperson in charge of the car changed. She was much more accomodating and took the trouble to facilitate my requests.
So much so, price was negotiated very quickly with the manager + salesperson at a "reasonable" price. Trade-in of my car was negotiated fairly quickly as well.
Deal closed in slightly over an hour.

Salesperson followed up with appointments to PML (to fix a brake light) and arranged the car to be inspected by my workshop of choice.
So no "real" complaints per se about the company.

i bought my current ride through them in nov last year. sales person who served me was Ken, very professional and accommodating. drove to my office to let me test drive and also allowed me to test drive on highway, pick my wife along the way to sit in as well.

there were some slight hiccups in the initial process but was resolved very promptly. back then they are newly set up and do not have a show room, but everything has been plain sailing then.

If I will you, I will stay clear from this dealer unless the deal is dam compelling. I don have good experience, my first and last with them I swear. Fortunately the deal did not go through and in the end I gotten a direct owner ride at a much better depreciation.
If you so decided to get the ride from them, my advise is to send the car for inspection and get a black and white out from it.
Dealing with dealer you must have supported document, the bare minimum

Hi Folks,

We had decided to purchase the Audi from them and paid a deposit of SGD5K to lock-in the car at the first time.According to them, my income was not a problem infact it is double than what the banks require.I had some late payments during last year and therefore the applications did not go through(according to them-Vision Cars).

If a loan does not go through, it is obvious I can't buy the car and therefore my deposit should be refunded.

Also, their sales agreement does not state any terms and conditions.I did not even know that was a sales agreement!Even to buy a mobile phone, we have three page contracts.:whythis:

I think it is always best to buy cars from accredited 2nd hand car dealers.

Their reasons for forfeiting were : man hours spent on the deals, depreciation value,flooring costs and maintenance.

Weird....These were not listed in the agreement..

Ouch, that is painful. Think you may have a case at small claims tribunal but it will be tough.

Guess it is a lesson to be careful in what you sign.

I never paid more than $500 deposit for any direct seller transaction. Buy from used car dealer only once and it's $500 deposit

I bought my Q7 from them this year before CNY, sales person Derrick attended to me. Though they were not the most efficient company but i deem it accepted. Their fleet of cars are at least well maintained, do PM me if you want clarification.

Yes there are. They are mainly car brokers, who can transact on your behalf, be it selling your car or buying your desired car. PM me if you need recommendation.
