F07 coilover or lowering spring

Hi I driving a 528GT and looking to lower the ride. Has anyone done before and any workshop to recommend. Thanks in advance.

There are H&R and Eibach springs that can be used. Coilovers I came across only 1 brand but not available locally though.

528GT come with rear air suspension. Can be taken out? To replace with coilover?
