Probably tied in with longer and higher interest loans. Anything discounts from PML of more than 30k nett (discount + overtrade) would be a really sweet deal already.

New price for 520I is 258. so if less 54k is effectively 205k..

My SE told me there is a spec down AH5 also.... Price damn gd but really spec down like almost all gadgets missing... Who will buy next time when u wanna sell...

yah lor..... not worth IMO. the prev deal at $240k still the best now. Window dressing started, and these deals are good till end Yr to gain nos ahead of neighbor
