This is very common for many german cars. They are first designed for LHD markets. Since the driver is seated on the left and steering rack on left, they try to balance it by placing engine parts slightly to right and fuel tank also right side. When they are building for RHD market, driver and steering all shifted to right, but the engine, fuel tank still continue to be on the right so naturally the weight of car is concentrated on right side.
And one more thing, whatever you observe is when you are standing outside, once you sit inside it will sit even lower on right side.

I'm going to bump this old thread. I think I'm having the same issue with my F10 rear. Driver side rear is lower... not by a bit, but its quite significant that you can tell with the naked eye. It's not supposed to be SO obvious (this is not my first BMW!). And the F10 is supposed to be better engineered for this RHD/LHD thing, i.e. even the battery has shifted to the middle.
But I have installed M-sport suspensions myself, so I can't bang table @ PML/MA. Going to take a trip down to R2D to have it looked.

Just live with it loh, bo pian. Lazy to go back kao bei. Initially thought I will sell this stupid car away after a year, at most lugi 30k nia...but with the way market is moving, seems quite difficult to get a decent price.
On the more positive side, some how the lower side looks sibei chio.

Hi, i realised the same 'problem' when i got my f10 in the beginning of the year. Checked with pml and they confirmed it is the design. I didn't believe so went to the showroom and premium selection and sticked my palm in every f10 i come across. As it turn out all the f10 do have this aesthetic issue. Didnt think so much about it thereafter cos the car drives fine
