I think they do. Coz when my bro and I were at the showroom, we bumped into a friend who was really pissed off with PML and he was very vocal. Telling us in front of all customers how bad they suck and that we shouldn't buy. Our various SEs were all so caught by surprised. He was really really VOCAL.

Their new car had problems which took weeks in PML and still not resolved.

Yes, PML resolved the issues after that.

We had never seen this friend so angry the way he was. And he is very respected in his field, not some flippant emo rookie at all. They have enough cars to drive, just that he didn't appreciate the way that things were being handled.
