F10. noise coming from the steering wheel

I hear a light scratchy noise coming from the steering when I turn left or right >60 degrees, like plastic rubbing against plastic sound. It's driving me nuts especially when parking the car or doing a 3 pt turn. Anyone knows the cause of this and how to solve the issue? Costs?
