The tyres I use on my F10 are Vredestein from The Netherlands.

all tyre country of production are embossed on the tyre sidewall
And not all Bimmer tyres are amde in Germany and same for the OE rim too
But all OE rim are also embossed with BMW OE parts number and BMW Logo

is your car New from PML?
Now aday car maker does source parts from other them local(German)
1 thing for sure those OE stock (factory fitted and Not Singapore Distributor OE Fitted)
has passed the Stringent test required by Car maker.

mine was michellin... Italy. yes... bmw certified (got star logo). and yes, PML

Italian Michelin? seldom heard about the Italy made michelin.
Star logo? is it that 1 molded on the tyre sidewall?
i have seen a old Bimmer E39 OE 225/55/16 got star
