Yeah, right. What happens if it happens in the middle of the NSHW? Sigh. Like this, buy from AD or PI no difference. Might as well take our world class & highly reliable public transport.

Do you spend a lot of your time in start/stop traffic? I think maybe the battery did not have opportunity to charge properly due to the way the alternator engages/disengages. Try letting the car coast around a little to charge the battery.
It's very hard to measure a battery's capacity. Sometimes a faulty battery can report full but actually not able to hold through high loads.
I think the whole Efficient Dynamics thing is quite scary. It's a new technology... we need to be wary.

Ini Machiam skit problem.... can try checking with your PI warranty for a start, I guess.
Failing which, people from Boss Motorsports, Autovox, Juzz4Cars etc - I'm sure they (and many other reputable independent workshops) can help out!

great finally found the thread that is similar to the problem i experienced recently.
i collected my f10 about a week ago from pml, car has less than 200km, when my i-drive monitor went completely blank when i tried to start the car. i proceeded to turn on the engine and it still couldn't work. i also tried pressing all the buttons around the i-drive knob and the monitor was still blank. i then tried to turn on the radio via the radio button on the dash board and even the radio failed to work. i shut down the engine, turned it back up couple times and still nothing worked.
finally gave up trying i proceeded to drive to the my next destination. on the way back home, the i-drive finally worked normally. i suspect the locking and unlocking of my doors could have triggered the electronics to reboot and therefore it came back on. Not sure if anyone has experienced anything similar? will appreciate any input or feedback

Same thing happen for my E71 6 months ago...with 4 X 4 and DSC Failure!!! Send to PML for checking and was advice to turn off and on again and monitor since no issues when they checked. However last week it happen again and PML confirm part faulty and will be replacing them...
Note : Die Die make sure you have an official report at PML
