hi

does anyone know which iridium spark plug would be suitable to replace the stock one? prefer NGK.

Leave the choice to the workshop, unless you intend to DIY.

prefer to DIY, cheaper and more knowledge gain, have done ignition coil change which is super simple compare to my e46

I've check, there none from NGK at the moment, only Denso, Bosch & Champion. Might try Denso then

I've had Denso IXUH22 for my F20. After that switched back to original BMWs.

Hah. Wanna try to see if there is any difference. Apparently not. So bought another set of BMW originals and have them replaced. They can last up to 80k km. So there is no need to change them.

I'm on my 4th set. With the latest changed during 80k servicing.

I did spark plug change yesterday, opted for Bosch OEM vs original due to price. Immediately misfired. Luckily detected immediately at workshop, so able to change to original without any additional charge.

Realized that the washer between original and OEM have different thickness.

Those who changed to irradiam plug, so far any issues?
