wat abt JB4... is it a basic mod??

JB4 for F30 not officially available although I know there is a N55 version already out there and some F30 bros installing next week (but dunno specially who ;-))

If possible, plan your CAI + piggyback + exhaust (DPs, cats, muffs) mods together. For instance, if you are planning to chip the N55 block, don't waste time with a KNN drop-in at this stage.

Muffler mod should take bodykit (rear bumper) into consideration.

7000 km and no issues with my F30 335.

its a good ride. a sleeper, with plenty of power and torque on tap if you ever need it.

No suspension noises.

Wind noise is acceptable to me. Test the car to see if it bothers you. It doesnt bother me at all.

If you go really really fast, sure, wind noise could be louder but you can probably drown it with the harmann kardon sound system. Haha.

That's what I heard as well. And there are issues when one tries to mod the N55 like a N54 ..... but it could all be hearsay from the WS.

Reliability is not a concern if you are keeping the engine stock.

Most N55 owners do not mod hardcore like the N54 owners anyways, hence a perception that the N54 is not as reliable.....

Standard issues like HPFP, heng-suay issue.

A turbo car when forced to perform like 25-30% will sure face more wear and tear, the usual fuel system, cooling stuff etc all will be stressed further. The usual stuff when we reinforce or upgrade in doing Jap turbo cars r similar, that depends on how far u wanna go.

Even with a simple light tune, the car is already overworking from oem settings, expect faster breakdown.
