A quick initial field report of the Akrapovic setup.

In a nutshell, it's a "2-in-1" system. Purrs like a kitty when required, roars like big cat when desired. I've currently clocked in approx. 100+km and the aural feedback this system gives is amazing with no form of tiresome dronings. Every tunnel is greeted with a smile and trust me, you'll be opening your "much neglected" sunroof more often after having this system. This system burbles, crackles & pops with the overruns. Will be looking forward to hear the sound mature & increase in decibels as the system runs-in.

Having personally heard the M Performance exhaust system and comparing with the Akrapovic's, needless to say the latter takes the trophy (it'd better be with the price that it commands). My opinion, if one can spare, stretch or save, the Akrapovic system comes highly recommended .

7HP & 11Nm as quoted by Akrapovic's website. Butt & ear dyno feels much more than quoted.
