Quite jialat ..... PML AD for BMW use ford for loaner car. Think about it ....

Went down pml n send my car in already. Told me no loan car. Ask my se help still dun hv. Bt got some help frm se. Talk 2 their manager n i ask him y nt loan a car 4 me n he did it. Told me cannot loan bmw. I juz nid a car 2 run ard. So got a ford focus. Very f car bt at least i can use it. Hopefully my car repair liao swee swee

True bro. Bt they told me dun hv at all. If i scratch my bumper n they do the paintwork n dun provide replacement i understand. Bt if its tech fault n they dun provide then i think its nt nice liao. Tis morning show a bro driving 316i abt my issue also. Whole car. Think his jaws nearly drop too. Small issue i dun mind. If engine then its a no no. Its juz like i bought a car wif heart attack born.

got car not bad already. I guess since its all under Sime, they manage to get you a loaner ford focus. at least its not a peugeot.

i understand your pain. but with so many warranty claims, i think its not very realistic for there to be a car for everyone. i don't think C&C or even eurokars give out loaners to every claim. the other day my friends mini roadster battery conked out. warranty claim cos 1 year old. AD sent recovery service, the guy say must tow back to workshop. my friend ask me why pml recovery service can change on the spot, and say he regret not buying another bmw.

first time i hear someone praise pml. sometimes i feel bad for them. always kena hoot but rarely praised when they get things right.

anyway, i wonder if the oil leak is due to the plastic oil pan? rather, i worry...

They wil drop the oil pan n replace. Actually things is like tat. If im juz complaining abt door noise n claim the tape. I wont even ask 4 a car. Bt in my case i feel tat is wat i can ask 4. Anyway,juz hope they settle my car fast

Got ask them to use new nut / bolts since dropping the pan etc ?

They wil drop the oil pan n replace. Actually things is like tat. If im juz complaining abt door noise n claim the tape. I wont even ask 4 a car. Bt in my case i feel tat is wat i can ask 4. Anyway,juz hope they settle my car fast
